PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts feeder having a simple configuration and capable of realizing high positional precision of a part in a pick-up part and conveying and taking out parts stably. SOLUTION: A conveyance mechanism 1 is provided with a conveyance passage 13 composed of a linear part conveyance face 11 on which parts move and a traveling guide part 12 guiding both sides of the part P. The conveyance mechanism 1 is constituted in such a way that the conveyance passage 13 vibrates by a vibration part. The pick-up part 2 is provided independently from the conveyance mechanism 1 to prevent transmission of vibration by the vibration part. The pick-up part 2 is provided with a part loading face 21 on which the part P conveyed from the conveyance mechanism 1 is loaded and a position guide part 22 positioning both sides of the part P on the part loading face 21 at positions where it can be picked up by the pick-up mechanism. The part loading face 21 is provided at a position higher than the part conveyance face 11 in the conveyance passage 13, and a first inclined face 23 is formed in an end part on a conveyance mechanism 1 side.
