PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a friction caused when a container holding member moves through a sterile room to reduce a driving force for transferring the container holding member. SOLUTION: A filling sealing machine comprises the sterile room (M) for movably housing cup holders (2) arranged at a prescribed intervals in the proceeding direction of a cup (1) to hold the cup (1), a gas replacement unit to replace the air in the sterile room (M) with a nitrogen gas, magnets (13) set on the cup holders (2), conveyer chains (12) arranged outside the sterile room (M) to drive the holders (2), and magnets (24) having a polarity contrary to that of the magnets (13) and set on the chains (12) at the prescribed interval in the proceeding direction of the chains (12) so as to correspond to the magnets (13). A plurality of nitrogen gas jetting holes (32a) are formed on the bottom plate (32) of the sterile room (M) to push up the holders (2) during their transfer, while nitrogen gas supply pipes (14) having openings communicating with the jetting holes (32a) are provided under the bottom plate (32).
