PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform paper carrying control, adaptive on a printer side, so that printed-out paper can be wound without getting soiled. SOLUTION: A plurality of paper carrying methods for performing margin feed, prefeed and the like are provided, and selectively practiced based on "paper types" which are preset in a main body.
