PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet made of a non-vinyl chloride resin having heat resistance enabling the lamination to a metal decorative sheet and bending processability causing no whitening at the time of bending processing. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is obtained by forming a urethane AC agent on a non-vinyl chloride substrate sheet and performing the co-extrusion lamination of a layer of a modified random polypropylene adhesive resin modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or the like and a layer of a polypropylene resin with a whitening elongation of 150% or more and an elongation at break of 150% or more. The Izod impact strength of the modified random polypropylene adhesive resin modified with the unsaturated carboxylic acid or the like is not less than 500 J/m and the resin contains 10-30% of a rubber component having high compatibility with respect to polypropylene. The main component of the urethane AC agent is an isocyanate curable resin comprising a mixture of a polyester polyol and a urethane modified polyester polyol. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
