PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to measure a load torque at a circumference of an ankle joint simply and correctly and to present data with which a posture stability as well as the load torque can be evaluated. SOLUTION: This measuring instrument for leg muscular strength includes a shaft adjusting member which performs a shaft alignment of an axis of the ankle joint and a rotation shaft, a posture stability measuring member which measures the posture stability of a subject, a posture stability database member to store the posture stability data and a discrimination/indication member. Among the members, the discrimination/indication member indicates a posture stability evaluation result as the evaluation result of the posture stability and a measuring precision discrimination result as the discrimination result of the measuring precision based on an average value of the above posture stability in the database and a statistical deviation.
