NYLON FIBER HAVING STERILIZING PROPERTY, MOISTURE-ABSORBING PROPERTY AND QUICK DRY PROPERTY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE: Nylon fiber has sterilizing property, moisture-absorbing property and quick dry property regardless of fineness. A manufacturing method thereof is characterized by adding silver particles to melted material of polyamide type polymer and using a spinning base having a propeller shape on three-leafed type. CONSTITUTION: Nylon fiber is obtained by the steps of: adding and mixing silver particles having 20-100nm of diameter to melted material of polyamide type polymer; and then spinning a mixture through a spinning base having a propeller shape. Added quantity of the silver particles is 25-150ppm in grey yarn.
