<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell regulator which can be suitably used for a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell regulator comprises a first diaphragm 50 elastically bending by receiving pressure of pilot air as an oxidant to be supplied to a pilot chamber 82, a second diaphragm 54 elastically bending by receiving pressure of hydrogen-containing gas flowing through a fluid channel 22, and a rod member 42 jointed to a valve 44. Spring force of a first spring member 56 is set higher than that of a second spring member 84, and the valve 44 is put on a valve stand 64 in normal close type when the pilot air is not supplied to the pilot chamber 82. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
