<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for increasing the adhering property between a solid polymer electrolyte film and a catalyst layer. <P>SOLUTION: The electrolyte film with catalyst 100 constituting a fuel cell is formed by a process to form the solid high polymer electrolyte film 20a with flowing property using liquid material containing a first solid polymer electrolyte material, and a process to form the catalyst layers 26 and 30 containing the catalyst and a second solid polymer electrolyte material on the solid high polymer electrolyte film 20a in a state in which the surface of the solid polymer electrolyte film 20a is provided with the flowing property. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
