<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real estate information providing system, a real estate information providing server, a real estate providing method, and its program promoting exchange of real estate information between a user/real estate agent and between real estate agents, and increasing a chance of a contract of the user and the real estate agent. <P>SOLUTION: A server 11 receives detailed information of a real estate property and information of a seller side member 30 from a seller side member terminal 31, and it registers them in a property DB 12. The registered information is disclosed on a website 14 for members. When the server 11 receives information that a customer side member wants to introduce the property to a customer from a customer side member terminal 21, information of the customer side member 20 is added to information of the real estate property.
