PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laying mat allowing a user to sleep lying on the back and to easily turn over and preventing the decubitus and the lumbago. SOLUTION: A spine supporting part 16 extending in the body height direction in the central part of the mat. Wedge-shaped first body side holding parts 17 are provided in the both sides of the spine supporting part 16. Second side holding parts 18 are provided outside the first body side holding parts 17 and the inside of the lying mat 1 is formed into a three-dimensional multi-chamber structure. The inside of the lying mat is filled with synthetic resin pipe materials and the respective parts are adjusted to become harder in the order of the second body side holding part 18(H<SB>2</SB>), the spine support part 16(H<SB>0</SB>), and the first body side holding part 17(H<SB>1</SB>) according to their density (H<SB>1</SB><H<SB>0</SB>≤H<SB>2</SB>). When a person lies on the back on the lying mat 1, the spine is supported by the spine support part 16 and the left/right of the trunk are held by the first body side holding parts 17.
