<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball with excellent productivity with reduced time of vulcanization and to improve the hitting feel and the resilience of the golf ball. <P>SOLUTION: The one-piece golf ball is made of a vulcanized mold of a rubber composition wherein 100 parts by weight of a rubber base material comprising 60-100 % by weight of polybutadiene synthesized by using a rare earth element catalyst with at least 60 % by weight of cis-1,4-bond, whose Mooney viscosity (ML<SB>1+4</SB>(100°C)) is at least 40, 10-40 parts by weight of unsaturated carboxylic acid, 10-60 parts by weight of metal oxide, and 0.1-0.8 parts by weight of organic peroxide are compounded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
