PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate adverse effect which the heat exhausted around the cooker, which is generated by the use of a conventional internal heating device, is giving to the IH control and its device, and realize heating cooking which balanced foods. SOLUTION: A device for generating superheated steam is provided inside the compound heating cooker, and the generated superheated steam is efficiently supplied to the internal heating device. In order to supply efficiently, for example, a steam spray nozzle 16 of which on inner wall a spiral shape groove is formed, is used. Then, the quantity of the superheated steam to be generated and supplied is adjusted based on the temperature, pressure, and steam quantity of the superheated steam and inside the internal heating chamber.
