PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper capable of reducing the slapping sound generated when a mass member is hit against something, and free from the disadvantage with respect to its maintenance such as the increase of the frequency of maintenance. SOLUTION: In this dynamic damper wherein the mass member 1 is supported by a supporting bracket 3 through a rubber elastic body, the cloth 9, 10 is put on the mass member 1.
