PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ear-muff device for protection against the cold which enables a user not only to use a cellular phone or small-sized headphones but also to hear external sounds. SOLUTION: This ear-muff device is provided with a pair of ear bags each covering an entire ear. The ear bag consists of an outside material for covering an ear's outer surface and an inside material for covering the ear's inner surface, being integrated together.
