PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply unit capable of preventing the interference that a rack mount housing power supply fuse is broken prior to a power fuse of a device to be installed and facilitating the maintenance/replacement of a failed or broken section in a power input. SOLUTION: This power control circuit 20 comprises an input line alarm detection means 21 for monitoring the state of an AC power input 32; an installed apparatus power operation detection means 23 for monitoring the state of the AC power input 32 to apparatuses 13, 14 and 15 to be installed with feeder outlets 7, 8 and, 9; a fuse bypass control means 24 for controlling whether or not of fuse bypass circuits 10, 11 and 12 should be bypassed; and an interference information report means for transmitting interference information to a diagnostic processor 6.
