PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage device capable of accurately controlling the timing of precharging. SOLUTION: A command buffer circuit 12 receives an active command signal ACT from the outside according to a clock signal CLK. The command buffer circuit 12 generates an internal precharging command signal PRCx corresponding to the active command signal ACT and an internal active command signal ACTx slightly delayed compared to the internal precharging command signal PRCx.
