PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a good thickened or gelatinized oily cosmetic free from the separation of components with time and having excellent usability and feeling even by the use of an oily component, especially a silicone oil. SOLUTION: This oily cosmetic contains (A) the oily component and (B) a silicone modified with an amino acid derivative and expressed by formula (1) (R<SP>1</SP>groups are each independently H, OH, a 1-30C substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy, a 1-50C substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, a 7-21C aralkyl or a 6-20C substituted or unsubstituted aryl; R<SP>2</SP>groups are each a group expressed by formula (2), or the like; (a) is 1.0-3.0; and (b) is 0.001-1.5).
