PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument panel structure of a vehicle having first and second instrument panels to enlarge a vehicle interior when stopping and parking the vehicle, improve the confortability of getting-on performance, and ensure an appropriate driving position. SOLUTION: The instrument panel structure of a vehicle has the first instrument panel 3 fixed to a vehicle body and the second instrument panel 21 mounted at the upper part of the first instrument panel so as to be movable forward and backward of the vehicle with respect to the first instrument panel. The first instrument panel has a first moving mechanism 38 that leads the second instrument panel 21 to move downward as it moves backward. The first moving mechanism 38 has a second moving mechanism 47 that leads the front side of the second instrument panel to rise upward as the second instrument panel 21 moves backward.
