PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel steering device capable of keeping stable vehicular steering performance without transmitting disturbance torque to a motor rotor even if a rear wheel receives an axial external force, and preventing the generation of noise. SOLUTION: The wheel steering device comprises a rod 3 freely moving in a forward/backward direction and coupled to a supporting member 2 supporting a wheel 1 so as to be freely steered; and a ball screw 5 moving the rod 3 in the forward/backward direction by rotations of a motor 4. In a rotation transmitting system transmitting rotations from the motor 4 to a nut 5b of the ball screw 5, an electromagnetic clutch 6 preventing a rotor 10 of the motor 4 from rotating due to external force applied on the wheel 1 is provided.
