摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluoroscopic imaging apparatus placing the direction of an operation lever and the direction of a fluoroscopic image in the same direction even when a video system is set under or over a tube. SOLUTION: The apparatus is constituted such that the video system, including an X-ray tube 21 and an X-ray image detecting part 25 which are held at both the ends of a C arm 22, is rotated with a rotary axis 28 as a center, the X-ray tube 21 is positioned above a table 24, and the X-ray image detecting part 25 is under the table 24. The rotary position of the C arm 22 is detected by an AP/PA position detecting part 40. A fluoroscopic image inversion signal generator 41 transmits a signal for inverting the fluoroscopic image to an image processor through the use of a means such as communication, so that only the fluoroscopic image of an image monitor 39 is inverted. By the fluoroscopic imaging apparatus, the operation lever 37a is operated regardless of an over-tube or under-tube position, and the fluoroscopic image is displayed on the image monitor 39 in a normal direction.
