PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely protect a human body with gas bags by flying down from a high place and attaining an effect of deceleration with a parachute by wearing a gas bag wear and filling the gas bags with gas in the case of evacuating from the high place. SOLUTION: This high altitude evacuation apparatus is provided with the gas bag wear obtained by connecting a plurality of gas bags. A slide fastener and a band for binding upper half of the body are fitted to the gas bag wear, and the rear of the bag is connected to the parachute with a plurality of ropes. Then, in front of the gas bag wear, two auxiliary gas bags are provided. Between the hand parts and leg parts of the gas bag wear, triangular wings are formed. The triangular wings are provided with gas cavities to be connected to the auxiliary gas bag through air pipes. In addition, at the upper end of the parachute, a gas collecting hole is formed, the gas bags communicating with a periphery and a circular arc surface is provided and the gas bags are connected to the gas collecting hole through a gas collecting tube.
