AV, PRIVATE DATA MULTIPLEXING APPARATUS

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiplexing method which does not generate a large data packet delay in multiplex of private stream, in a multiplexing transmission apparatus which performs a multiplex transmission of a plurality of AV streams and private streams which are output from a video server by data packet unit.

SOLUTION: An address on buffer of data packet is determined in a multiplex order for every program in which an AV streams multiplexing controller 101 is input and stored in order into a multiplex spacing counter at output sequential data 103. An output control part 104 performs the multiplex output of the AV streams based on the address, replaces the private streams output from a private stream multiplexing control part 102 with null packets in a term wherein the AV streams are not multiplexed, and performs multiplex output.
