<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power steering device which enables restriction of transfer of vibration from an electric motor to a control part. <P>SOLUTION: One end of a motor terminal 41 is integrally formed with a plate fixed to a brush holder 43a by caulking, and the other end of the motor terminal 41 is joined to one end of a second pigtail 19 by caulking. The second pigtail 19 is composed of a flexible copper material and is joined to the above motor terminal 41 at one end and to a substrate terminal 37 at the other end by caulking. The substrate terminal 37 is fixed to a resin member 37a with its longitudinal direction orthogonal to the control part 3, and is joined to a control substrate 31 at one end by soldering and to the other end of the second pigtail 19 at the other end. The resin member 37a is fixed to locate the substrate terminal 37 and attached to an endframe 70 abutted to an inner wall of a housing 6 with a screw. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
