摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of removing snout material for allowing insertion of a welding tool to a welding preparing region and dispensing with conventional work in which material is restored after the completion of the welding. SOLUTION: A half body of a torus 40, a bridge ring 42 and a nozzle 44 is assembled in a tapered engaging section and clamped together. Welding preparing is performed on the surfaces of the torus to be welded and the nozzle. A welding material 60 is applied along an inside radius and an outside radius by rapidly adhering a root pass for consuming metal firstly, sequential intermediate pass for heaping up matrix material, and finally, for example, the welding material using submerge arc welding.
