PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability about quality by prohibiting the ball discharge operation during a ball put-out operation. SOLUTION: A ball from a tank 3 is put out to a tray 6 via a passage 12 through a passage 13 as a sprocket 15 is driven to put out the ball in the direction of the arrow X1. A selection means 22 executes the process of not receiving an On-signal from a ball discharge switch 20 if a step 101 is "Yes", or if the step 101 is "No" and a step 102 is "No". Accordingly, even if a person turns on the ball discharge switch 20 during the ball put-out operation, the ball discharge operation is not performed. When the step 101 is "No" and the step 102 is "Yes", the ball discharge operation is started in a step 103. As the sprocket 15 is driven to discharge the ball by an actuator 16 in the direction of the arrow X2, the ball from the tank 3 is discharged via the passage 12 through a passage 14 to game machine installed equipment.
