PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the quantity of generated heat accompanied by electric resistance by reducing the factor of an increase in the electric resistance in a tubular bus bar. SOLUTION: In the case that a bend exists, an insulator is arranged at the bend inside the tubular bus bar. Consequently, insulation between inwalls of the tubular bus bar is kept, and an increase in electric resistance can be prevented for an AC current flowing to the surface by a skin effect. Moreover, when connecting the tubular bus bar to a terminal, a washer having a radius of curvature larger than a radius of curvature of the tubular bus bar is installed between itself and the terminal, and also a means is proposed for flattening the tubular bus bar by an axial force, thereby sticking it close to the washer.
