PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device and a method for manufacturing the device having a circuit board with excellent characteristics and to provide an electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The electronic device has a circuit board 1 at least a part of which is composed of a plurality of kinds of semiconductor chips 10 having different functions and arranged while avoiding overlapping and fixed to one another, and has a plurality of operational elements 50 fabricated above the circuit board 1.
