PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silent recorder having a paper supply means supplying a member to be recorded to a recording part, capable of dispensing with members such as a pressure plate and a release cam to eliminate phase matching work between parts and reducing cost, and causing no pressure plate sound by dispensing with the pressure plate. SOLUTION: In this recorder, the paper supply means is composed of a member to be recorded loading part capable of loading many members to be recorded and a paper supply roller separating and supplying the members to be recorded one by one. Each of center of rotation of the member to be recorded loading part and the paper supply roller is fixed. The paper supply roller is constituted in such a way that a core member is made of plastic or metal, a member having high elasticity such as polyurethane sponge is arranged as an intermediate member at the outer periphery of the core member, and wear-resistant rubber or elastomer is arranged as an outermost peripheral member, and each of the core member, the intermediate member, and the outermost peripheral member is constituted as separate members.
