PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain antibacterial effects for a long period. SOLUTION: A coat layer 2 is formed by dispersing in an epoxy resin brass fine powder having a composition of copper:zinc=90:10 to 55:45 and a maximum particle size of 2μm or smaller. It is formed on the surface of air-conditioning equipment 1 such as a heat exchanger. The content of brass particles in the coat layer 2 is preferably 18-31 wt%.
