PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide simple mounting structure of a direct injection injector surely fixing the injector without burden on the injector itself by the small number of parts. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of a direct injection injector, the injector 50 is directly mounted to an injector mounting hole 30 formed to a cylinder head 2 of an internal combustion engine. The injector 50 inserted into the injector mounting hole 30 has an injector flange part 53 brought into contact with a stepped part 36 formed to the injector mounting hole 30, the cylinder head 2 and a pressure pipe 6 having a linear expansion coefficient as same as that of the cylinder head 2 is pressed by a tightening ring 65 screwed to a cam holder 13 fixed to the cylinder head 2, and, by the press of the pressure pipe 60, the injector flange part 53 is pressed against the stepped part 36 of the injector mounting hole 30 to fix the injector 50.
