METHOD FOR IMPROVING FUEL EFFICIENCY OF VEHICLE BY USING HIGH PURITY GRAPHITE

PURPOSE: An improvement method of fuel efficiency of a vehicle by using high purity graphite is provided to reduce noise and smoke of the internal combustion engine, and to improve output of the engine by burning fuel completely with streaming air through the graphite coating film. CONSTITUTION: A filter element is embedded in a housing having an air inlet, and an air cleaner is formed by assembling and sealing a cover having an air outlet. A complex coating agent is spread on the filter element or the housing of the air cleaner, and composed of liquid inorganic ceramics and high purity graphite powder. A complex graphite coating film(100) is formed on the filter element or the housing of the air cleaner. The filter coated by the complex graphite coating agent is inserted to an intake manifold hose connected to the air outlet pipe. Noise and smoke are reduced by burning fuel completely in the engine through lubrication of graphite and increase of air density with passing air through the high purity graphite coating film.
