PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT device capable of reducing the exposure amount of X-rays in CT fluoroscopy and promptly performing the image pickup and display of a target object. SOLUTION: The X-ray CT device is provided with a control function of performing X-ray irradiation for one scanning independent of the rotation of a rotary disk loaded with an X-ray source and an X-ray detector and is constituted so as to display a CT image prepared from CT data obtained by the X-ray irradiation of one scanning in real time. Thus, by performing the X-ray irradiation for one scanning and real time CT image reconstitution and display for instance as needed while performing continuous rotation, the CT image of the same image quality as the one of continuous image pickup is displayed with a small X-ray exposure amount.
