PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a technology for helping persons involved in use both images and voice to have a conversation with each other by using the Internet network and a public switched telephone network. SOLUTION: When a computer 14 for a certain client is connected to a computer 10 for a certain person involved in one company through a web line on the Internet network for the first time, a web server 12 specifies the computer 14 by using an address unique to the computer 14. In addition, the web server 12 specifies a fixed telephone 22 by using the telephone number of the fixed telephone 22 for the client. Furthermore, the web server 12 connects the person involved and the client with each other through a telephone line on the public switched telephone network by calling the fixed telephone 22 for the client from a fixed telephone 20 for the person involved.
