PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system that can acquire propagation information relating to propagation of an electric wave without reducing its transmission efficiency. SOLUTION: A secondary data file A23 and a secondary data file B24 previously associate a propagation parameter with positional information before holding it. A control unit 21 acquires the propagation parameter from the secondary data file A23 or secondary data file B24 based on a position of a mobile station 30 which was detected by a position detection unit 22.
