PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiband antenna switch circuit less in degradation of insertion loss, and also to provide a composite high frequency component in which the multiband antenna switch circuit is formed on a ceramic multilayer substrate. SOLUTION: The multiband antenna switch circuit is provided with: a diplexer 11 having first to third ports; a first high frequency switch 12 which switches the first port to either of the second and third ports; a band-pass filter 14 arranged on the side of the third port of the high frequency switch; a first electrostatic surge protection circuit 10 arranged between the first port of the diplexer 11 and an antenna and provided with at least a shunt inductor; and a second electrostatic surge protection circuit 13 arranged between the third port of the high frequency switch 12 and the first port of the band-pass filter 14 and having a high-pass filter 14. A transmission part of a first communication system is connected to the second port side of the first high frequency switch 12, and a reception part of the first communication system is connected to the second port side of the band-pass filter 14.
