PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by realizing correct positioning and sure caulking in the case of caulking and fixing the lens made of plastic in a lens holding part. SOLUTION: Fixed projections 4, 5 and 6 are arranged at intervals of about 120°at which they are supported at three points on the outer peripheral part of the lens, and a fixed projection 41 is arranged on a line linking the projection 4 and the center axis of the lens 3. A reference hole 8 corresponding to the projection 4 is constituted of an aperture which is nearly the same size as the projection 4. The projections 5 and 6 are nearly the same size as each other, and loosely fitting holes 9 and 10 are nearly the same size as each other. The holes 9 and 10 corresponding to the projections 5 and 6 are constituted of apertures larger than the projections 5 and 6.
