PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate exchange of fixing member. SOLUTION: A lid 6c almost closing the upper part of a moving shaft 5 is formed in a collet 6 as a fixing member, and a lock member 8 is formed extending upward from the upper end of the moving shaft 5 so that a penetration hole 6d formed in the lid 6c can be penetrated through. The upward movement of the collet 6 rotated for a specific angle around the moving shaft 5, from the state where the lock member 8 penetrates through the penetration hole 6d, is regulated by interference between a lock part 8b and the lid 6c.
