PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin detergent composition which has reduced skin irritation in cleaning, has excellent foaming, creamy foams, excellent slippage and improved sense of use. SOLUTION: This skin detergent composition comprises (a) a phosphoric acid ester represented by formula (1) (A is an 8-18C hydrocarbon group; (m) is an integer of 0-8; X<SP>1</SP>and X<SP>2</SP>are the same or different and are each hydrogen atom, an alkali metal, a 2-3C alkyl-substituted ammonium, a 2-3C hydroxyalkyl-substituted ammonium or a basic amino acid) or its salt and (b) a copolymer of a dialkyldiallylammonium chloride and acrylamide and/or a copolymer of acrylic acid and the dialkyldiallylammonium chloride and the acrylamide and is weakly acidic.
