PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing paper box made of cardboard or the like, for example, corrugated board, which can easily be folded or decomposed, and can be made compact, thus reducing labor when the box is disposed of. SOLUTION: The paper box 10 is made of cardboard or the like, for example, corrugated board and has a six-side structure including a square tubular body formed along four creases 40, 42, 44, and 46 provided between at least panels 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20. Fold lines or cut lines 66 and 68 are formed along creases 42 and 46 abutting on at least one of the panels 12 and 18 abutting on the other two remaining creases 42 and 46 when the body is folded into a substantially flat form by bending the panels along creases 40 and 44 that are located on the diagonal lines of the body as viewed from above.
