PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance safety during traveling and stopping of a bicycle at night by improving a recognition ratio from the surrounding by taking a plurality of colors of light and patterns lacked in a conventional light emitting device. SOLUTION: Flickering patterns of a plurality of light emitting diodes are controlled by writing a program by using a microcomputer. A change is imparted by selecting some of the flickering patterns of the light emitting diodes by a switch to considerably improve design quality and the recognition ratio from the surrounding. As a result, since the flickering patterns can be selected according to taste, the selection can be utilized for a way of being used as an accessary to impart design quality to the bicycle.
