PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for coating a filler by arranging a valve, which seals a vessel when the filler is filled in the vessel, at the edge of the vessel body and by squeezing the vessel when in use and pressure contacting the valve at the edge of the vessel body to a surface to be coated. SOLUTION: This is an implement capable of coating the filler by arranging the valve at the edge of the vessel, which valve seals the vessel just when the filler is filled in the vessel and when discharging, by the virtue of the valve and a press power while regulating a discharge amount.
