PURPOSE: Provided is a side chain-containing high branched aliphatic polyester compound used as a polyvinyl chloride(PVC) plasticizer, which is low in elution of the PVC and improves a plasticizing ability, and a soft PVC blend containing the side chain-containing high branched aliphatic polyester compound. CONSTITUTION: The side chain-containing high branched aliphatic polyester compound is produced by a self-condensation reaction of substituted alpha-carboxy-omega-2,2-£bis(hydroxymethyl)propanoate|polyester(formula 1) or substituted 2,2-bis(omega-hydroxy polyester methyl)propionate(formula 2). And the PVC blend contains 5-80wt% of the side chain containing high branched aliphatic polyester compound and 95-20wt% of the PVC. In the formula, m is an integer of 1-15, n is an integer of 1-100 as a repeating unit number of a substituted lactone-based monomer, R is an organic compound(CaHbNcOdPe) as at least one substituent bonded to a carbon atom of the repeating unit of the lactone-based monomer, wherein c is an integer of 1 or more and a, b, d, and e are integers of 0 or more.
