PURPOSE: A grill for a microwave oven is provided to prevent the rubber from being separated from the lower part of the leg in expanding air in an insertion hole during cooking by restricting sealing of the insertion hole. CONSTITUTION: A grill(30) is composed of a grill part(32) for putting food thereon; plural legs(34) extended downward in the lower part of the grill part for supporting the grill part; and a rubber(36) having an insertion hole for fitting the lower part of the leg and a vent hole formed at the side of the insertion hole. The vent hole is formed in the lower part of the insertion hole to prevent the insertion hole from being sealed. The grill prevents the rubber from being separated from the lower part of the leg in expanding air in the insertion hole by microwave or heat from the heater.
