<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a resin oil reservoir tank capable of reducing cost by making a shape and a welding jig common and its vibration welding jig. <P>SOLUTION: This resin oil reservoir tank is constituted of an upper tank 20 making a cylindrical shape and on a side part of which a separate elbow shape inflow pipe 25 is welded, an intermediate member 21 having a mounting part 27 and welded on a lower part of the upper part tank 20 and a disc type lower part tank 22 welded on the intermediate member 21 and on a lower part of which an outflow pipe 29 extending in the radial direction is integrally provided, and it is constituted so that the inflow pipe 25 can be welded on a welding part provided on the upper part tank 20 by directing a pipe part in a desired direction, the lower part tank 22 and the intermediate member 21can be welded at a free position in the rotating direction by making central shafts of both of them match with each other and the upper part tank 20 on which the inflow pipe is welded and the intermediate member 21 on which the lower part tank is welded can be welded at a free position in the rotating direction by matching central shafts of them with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
