PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the biased magnetization phenomenon of a power transformer by optionally adjusting the pulse width of an input waveform and an output waveform of a driver.
SOLUTION: A power IC1 is provided with delay adjusters 4 and 5. The delay adjusters 4 and 5 are provided with a plurality of resistors R and Ra different in resistance values and bypass wirings BH and BHa, respectively. Resistance values geared to conditions of used circuits are obtained in advance by simulation or the like, and resistances R and Ra are set so that pulse widths of the input voltage and the output voltage of a driver 3 may roughly accord with each other. Consequently, in a DC-DC converter of an insulation type, the biased magnetization of the power transformer is prevented. Moreover, a DC-DC converter of a noninsulation type, the biased demagnetization of the power transformer does not occur, so that only the bypass wirings BH and BHa are connected.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
