<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality service by improving basic functions and giving authority concerning communication control between terminal stations to a particular terminal station. <P>SOLUTION: The particular terminal station controls voice and video signals relayed by a base station 3 and selects a terminal station that performs communication. The particular terminal station also prepares one and the same data in different formats and distributes appropriate data to each terminal station. In addition, the particular terminal station provides a user interface having a plurality of data display areas, icons and a data list display on a display device and allows a user to easily perform various operations.
