<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a damage, to burning, etc., of a camera mounted on a cellular phone, etc. and to photograph a high image quality image by preventing a phenomenon, etc., that the photographed image is blurred and hazy. <P>SOLUTION: This portable information terminal is provided with: a main body 10 having a photographing window 14; and a camera 20 arranged inside the main body 10 and including a lens 21 and a CCD 22. A movable blade 23 having an all close part 23c, an all open part 23d and a small diaphragm part 23e is arranged behind the photographing window 14 on a side closer to the object than the CCD 22. The movable blade 23 is driven to be opened and closed by an electromagnetic actuator 24 according to a photographic mode and a non-photographic mode. Thus, troublesomeness of opening/closing operations is dissolved, the movable blade 23 is used as a barrier in the case no photograph is taken and used as a mechanical shutter in the case of photography, the damage due to the burning of the CCD, etc., and color fading of a color filter, etc. are prevented, and the high image quality image is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
