<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode forming method for forming an electrode having no contraction and high conductivity, while simplifying process. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel electrode material, an electrolyte material, and an inter-connecter material are applied on a molded and dried board member which is sintered in high temperature as an integral body.
