<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor capable of positively preventing the temperature rise of an intake side refrigerant caused by heat transfer from a refrigerant discharge chamber side without using another member such as a heat insulating material. <P>SOLUTION: Heat insulation between a refrigerant intake chamber 10a and a refrigerant discharge chamber 10b is performed by a space part 10c provided between the refrigerant intake chamber 10a and the refrigerant discharge chamber 10b. The temperature rise of the refrigerant in the refrigerant intake chamber 10a caused by heat transfer from the refrigerant discharge chamber 10b can thereby be positively prevented. As a result, there is no need to use another member such as the heat insulating material with an advantage of not causing a lowering of productivity or an increase in cost. In this case, the space part 10c is formed of a groove opened to the outside of a cylinder head 10. The interior of the space part 10c can thereby be kept in a low temperature state with outside air, and a heat insulating effect between the refrigerant intake chamber 10a side and the refrigerant discharge chamber 10b side can be further enhanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
