<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed assets management system and an assets management program capable of quickly deciding a destination and clarifying location of fixed assets when they are transferred according to organization/personnel changes. <P>SOLUTION: This fixed assets management system is provided with a means 20, which stores a manager-specific fixed assets database 22 associating a manager of a section with a list of fixed assets belonging to the section, and a means 31 referring to the manager-specific fixed assets database 22 for the organization changes and automatically registering the fixed assets belonging to the previous section of the manager as fixed assets of a new section to which the manager belongs after the organization is changed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
